LOCATION

The Cancer Care Center is located on the Kosciusko Community Hospital campus at 1520 Provident Drive, Warsaw. The Center is located between the KCH Health & Wellness Center and Warsaw Family Medicine. The facility conveniently overlooks US 30 and is 40 miles from Fort Wayne; 130 miles from Indianapolis and 120 miles from Chicago.
